Advancement and success or changes come with responsibilities and stress. We need to continually keep up with society or we will fall behind. School, work, deadlines, driving, waiting in line at the grocery, and relationship or lack off cause stress. Did you know that too much stress can put you at risk to serious disorders including high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, headaches, and immunological problems? Stress causes tension , anxiety, reclusiveness, anger, pessimism, resentment, and increased irritability. It can lead to clinical depression.

The major problem with stress is that the body can not adapt. If your body can not adapt, it will break down. First to begin is an abnormal function of your nervous system. Eventually, it will overload and causes other problems.

There is no real cure for stress. Some people choose to go shopping, take vacations, exercise, eat, or do some unthinkable activity to release stress.
